Recipe Ingredients for S's Three Cheese Chicken Penne

112 grams Whole Wheat Penne
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.06 cup Cornstarch
0.33 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 oz Cheese Parmesan Grated
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for S's Three Cheese Chicken Penne

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Combine milk and starch in another pan and bring to a boil.

  3. When thickened, turn off heat and stir in cheeses.

  4. Meanwhile, grill (forman grill is great) or bake chicken breast. Slice.

  5. Serve pasta topped with sauce, meat, and diced tomato.
