Recipe Ingredients for Srimp curry spicy

10 oz shrimp,cooked
2 large red onions,minced
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tomatoes,pureed
4 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger,paste
1 tsp garlic,paste

Recipe Directions for Srimp curry spicy

  1. fry 1/2 onion till caramalised, add (roasted mix=cumin,coriander,redchili,peppercornsfenugreek seeds).and fine ground with vinegar and little oil .

  2. saute remianing oinions when browning add ginger garlic paste. add ground spices and sautee some more add oureed tomatoes and add turmeric chili powder and salt and water cook till desired consistency and add cooked shrimp and let it cook further for 10 minutes.
