Recipe Ingredients for Srambled Egg Pizza

396 g Boboli 12" Original Pizza Crust
1 c green sweet pepper
1 c mushrooms
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp canola vegetable oil
8 medium eggs
1/2 c milk
1 tbsp butter
3 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz pork sausage

Recipe Directions for Srambled Egg Pizza

  1. In a large skillet, cook green peppers, mushrooms, crushed red pepper, and pork sausage in hot oil about 5 minutes.

  2. In a medium bowl beat together egs and milk.

  3. In the same skillet melt butter over medium heat; pour in egg mixture.

  4. Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set up on the bottom and around the edge.

  5. Using a large spatula, lift and fold partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath.

  6. Continue cooking over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist.

  7. Remove from heat.

  8. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the hot crust.

  9. Top with scrambled eggs, pork sausage mixture, and remaining cheese.

  10. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes more or until cheese melts.
