Recipe Ingredients for Squid stew

500 grams Squid
1 medium Onions
4 tsp Unico Sunflower Oil
4 clove Garlic
120 grams Wine, Table, Red
0.5 tbsp Tomato Products
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
200 grams Juice
1000 grams Potatoes, Boiled
30 grams Frozen Sweet Peas
180 grams Peas
2 tbsp Green Olives
1 tbsp Black Olives
30 grams Imported Capote Capers In Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Squid stew

  1. Stir fry the onion in oil.

  2. Add tomato paste, sugar and capers.

  3. Dice squid and add it to the mixture.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and leave to simmer until the squid is tender and the potatoes are done.
