Sneaky way of hiding squash in mac and cheese....kids love this one!

Recipe Ingredients for Squashed Mac and Cheese

1 cup fat free milk
1 cup fat free chicken broth
4 cups Squash Butternut
2 t garlic
1 pound rigatoni pasta
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
8 ounces mozzerella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 ounce No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 T butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Squashed Mac and Cheese

In pot heat to boiling milk, chix broth, garlic and squash. Simmer until squash is tender. Meanwhile, boil noodles until cooked-strain and set aside. Pour squash mixture into a blender and add 2 T greek yogurt, salt and pepper. Blend until well mixed. Pour over noodles. Add all cheeses and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan. In small bowl melt butter-add bread crumbs and sprinkle for topping. Bake 350 for 25 mins until golden brown.
