Butternut squash and sweet potato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Squash & Sweet Potato Soup

1 tbsp peanut oil
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrot
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups baked butternut squash
2 baked sweetpotato

Recipe Directions for Squash & Sweet Potato Soup

  1. Saute celery, carrot and onion in oil. Add garlic.

  2. Add chicken broth, squash and sweet potato.

  3. Cook until tender.

  4. Cool and put through blender or food processor.
