Squash soup w/out butter/pecan oil & ckicken broth

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Soup

1 small white onion
1/2 tsp garlic
2 lbs yellow squash
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry thyme
1/4 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbls parsley
1 dash cayenne pepper
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Squash Soup

  1. heat oil

  2. sautee onion/garlic

  3. add all other ingredents and bring to boil

  4. cover $ simmer for 30 min
