Delicious fall favorite! Spicy, and warming inside and out.

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Soup

3 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Acorn
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
1.5 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
3 serving, raw Cilantro
4 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Squash Soup

Bake the squash until soft to the touch. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Blend the squash with chicken stock until creamy and smooth. Place in medium pot. Add sweet potato, onion, and tomato. Cook until sweet potato is soft. Add ginger, garlic and cilantro. For an extra kick throw in a habanero pepper!
