Recipe Ingredients for Squash scrambe

2 eggs
3 tbs egg whites
2 tsp canola oil
1 small yellow squash
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp chives
2 plum tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Squash scrambe

  1. cook squash and onion until soft (8 minutes)

  2. add egg with chives

  3. serve with diced onions on top
