Fresh Veggies sauteed in Peanut oil

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Saute

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup Spinach
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 tbsp Peanut Oil, Unrefined
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Squash Saute

  1. Cut all veggies in desired sizes

  2. heat pan on mid-high

  3. add peanut oil

  4. add squash, let saute a minute or 2

  5. add green onions let saute one minute

  6. add seasonings

  7. add tomatoes and spinach last

  8. once spinach is wilted it's ready
