1/8 pie is 1 serving , can be made as custard, I couldnt add 1/8 tsp of lemon flavor, but thats suppose to be in it too. you will have to add piecrust calories individaully if used

Recipe Ingredients for squash pie

2 eggs
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup squash
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp vanilla flavoring

Recipe Directions for squash pie

put all ingrediants in a blender , blend well pour into a pie crust bake for 45 min at 325 degrees.
