Single serve seasoned squash patty ( I just did it this way on the recipe here to track it better).

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Patty

0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 small Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 oz Flour
1 serving Seasoned Fish Fry

Recipe Directions for Squash Patty

shred onion and squash with a grater, then allow to drain for a short amount of time. Mix the other ingredients into a bowl and add the onion and squash. Mix well. Use a serving spoon to scoop patty and put patty into very hot oil. Fry till golden brown and a little crispy... Enjoy!
