0.5 cup Spinach
0.5 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 clove Garlic
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 1tsp Olive Oil

  2. grill chicken

  3. chop and saute veggies in olive oil
