Recipe Ingredients for Squash Muffins

1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup squash

Recipe Directions for Squash Muffins

Mix dry and wet ingredients in seperate bowls. fold wet into dry until moistened. Place in 12 muffin cups sprayed with pam. bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
