Recipe Ingredients for Squash Muffins

3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Applesauce
96 3/10 grams Light Sugar
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
2 large Egg, Whole
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 cup Raisins, Seedless
1/2 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
5 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Squash Muffins

Slice squash and boil in a large pot for 15 minutes. Transfer to a blender and puree. Put the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix it all together and put in 18 large muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
