A healthy tasty vegetable marina made from fresh garden vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Marinara

1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tablespoon Oregano
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Squash Marinara

Heat Olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Chop onions and cut squash into triangles. Place in pan and stir often. Add tomatoes and spices. Stir until vegetables are soft. Add water if necessary to keep vegetables from sticking. Serve over pasta.
