Recipe Ingredients for Squash Mac&Cheeze

6 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
6 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Arrowroot
1 tbsp Real Margarine
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper, Black
8 oz Wheat Free Corn Elbow Style Pasta

Recipe Directions for Squash Mac&Cheeze

Roast a squash in the oven. Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a small pan on the stove. Whisk the arrowroot powder into the almond milk and then whisk into melted butter. Add the nutritional yeast, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. When squash is done, measure out 1 cup. Blend cheeze sauce and squash until smooth. Pour over cooked noodles and enjoy!!!!
