Recipe Ingredients for Squash Lasagna

4 lbs squash
2 cups fat free ricotta cheese
225 g lasagna noodles
1 cup marinara sauce
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
8 oz mozzarella
6 pieces Mini Babybel Light Original cheese
1 lb chicken

Recipe Directions for Squash Lasagna

  1. Roast squash

  2. Mix ricotta and shredded cheese and 1/2 cup marinara sauce

  3. Cook the pasta

  4. Assemble as a lasagna

  5. Top with mozzarella and Babybel cheese, and dollops of the remaining marinara sauce

  6. Bake until bubbly
