Recipe Ingredients for Squash with hominy and tomatoes

1 serving Crushed Tomatoes (Luigi Vitelli)
1 serving White Hominy (Benita)
4 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Sea Salt
1 oz Oregano
1 Tablespoon Basil

Recipe Directions for Squash with hominy and tomatoes

Heat crushed tomatoes in large saucepan. Slice zucchinis and steam. Drain hominy and rinse. Chop herbs and add to tomatoes. Add steamed zucchini, hominy, salt and pepper to saucepan. Cook on medium -medium low until warmed through.
