Recipe Ingredients for Squash Dish

1 squash
1 yellow pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Squash Dish

  1. Chop squash, pepper and onion into small pieces.

  2. Add oil and veggies to skillet over low heat.

  3. Saute veggies to desired tenderness.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Use pepper more liberally.
