These are supposed to replicate Doritos.

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Chips - Low-Carb

2 eggs
228 grams yellow squash, grated
100 grams reduced fat mozzarella, grated
80 grams shredded Mexican cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Squash Chips - Low-Carb

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Spoon mixture onto greased baking sheet, making 6 rounds.

  4. Spread out the rounds as thin as possible without making holes.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip, and bake another 5 to 7 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool in the oven for 6 to 8 hours.

  7. Slice rounds into 6 chips with a pizza cutter, and serve.
