Recipe Ingredients for Squash & cheese

1 tsp Butter
335 grams Squash, Summer, All Varieties
30 grams Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Sharp Cheddar
0.25 cup(227 g) Plain Nonfat Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Squash & cheese

  1. Saute squash in butter.

  2. When it's cooked, add yogurt and cheese and mash with a potato masher.

  3. Salt to taste.
