Yummy squash casserole, can be low carb if you eliminate the bread crumbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Casserole

40 oz Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
12 oz Sour Cream Regular
6 tbsp(14 g) Regular Stick
6 oz Parmesan Original
1.5 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Italian Classics Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Squash Casserole

  1. Chop up and boil squash.

  2. Drain well, press with towels to get extra water out.

  3. Mix with all other ingredients except the bread crumbs

  4. put in baking dish and top with bread crumbs.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
