2 packs frozen Squash 1 can 98%Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup Sour Cream Corn Bread Stuffing 1 oz of Milk Cheddar Cheese

5.63 cup Yellow Squash
1.466 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz Sour Cream
1 serving One Step Stuffing Garden Herb Mix

Recipe Directions for squash casserole

Boil Squash untill tender about 10 minutes. Pour off water and mash. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese to mashed squash and mix well. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray (Olive Oil) and pour mixture into caserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
