Recipe Ingredients for Squash Casserole

24 oz. Butternut Squash
1/2 cup green onions
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Thyme
1 tbsp. whipped butter
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Squash Casserole

  1. Preheat Oven 350

  2. sautee onions and butter

  3. pour into casserole dish, sprinkle w/ sugar and thyme

  4. mix in squash, salt and pepper

  5. bake, covered, for 60min or until squash is tender
