Recipe Ingredients for Squash Casserole

4 tbsp. butter
1 small onion, diced
3 large yellow squash, quartered and sliced
1 tsp. sea salt
4 oz. diced green chili
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups Special K

Recipe Directions for Squash Casserole

Preheat oven to 350*. While oven is preheating, place 2 tbsp. butter and diced onion in 9X9 baking dish and place in oven. Meanwhile, slice squash. When butter in dish is melted, take out of oven and layer squash, sea salt, green chili and cheese over onion. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in saucepan and crush Special K. Mix and spread over cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
