Baked Yellow Squash & Cheese using Butter Buds

Recipe Ingredients for Squash Casserole

1/2 cup butter buds
4 oz yellow onions
3 lbs yellow squash
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash Pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Squash Casserole

  1. Steam squash and onions until tender. Drain well.

  2. Add all reamaining ingredients, except for 8 oz of shredded cheese.

  3. Pour into 2" half steamtable pan.

  4. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and brown.
