Recipe Ingredients for Squash Casserole

2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
4 serving Baking Powder
6 slices COOKED Center Cut Bacon
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Squash Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13- x 9-inch baking pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, Creole seasoning, thyme, and chopped onion.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with the oil. Add egg mixture to the dry mixture and stir until blended. Fold in the cheese and zucchini.

  4. Spread in the prepared baking pan; bake for about 25 minutes, until set and lightly browned around the edges. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
