mix squash, 2 cans green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup flour, and 2/3 cups wal-mart italian blend shredded cheese in bowl spray a 9x13 with cooking spray and bake covered with foil mixture for 45 minutes sprinkle with 2/3 cups cheese and 1/2 cup salsa and bake uncovered for 20 minutes I changed the ingredients on the recipe list to match the calories 1 cup of cheese is 320 calories but calorie finder showed 42o so I modified, as wiht the green chilies so I could get the most accurate calorie reading
