1320 grams Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 serving Knorr Vegetable Stock cube (1 cube)
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1900 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Squash & Apple Soup 30/9/12

Roast the squash. Lightly fry the onion and celery (using 1 cal fry light spray), dice the apple. Combine all with stock cubes and water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 mins. Blend. Serve.
