Not too spicy - add hot sauce or use rotel tomatoes if desired

Recipe Ingredients for SP's Crockpot Chili

1 lb ground chuck
1/2 onion
15 oz red kidney beans, canned
15 oz diced tomatoes
3 oz green chili peppers
1/2 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbs chili powder
1 clove garlic
3/4 tbs ground cumin

Recipe Directions for SP's Crockpot Chili

  1. Brown ground beef and onion

  2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot, stir

  3. Add 1/3 cup water

  4. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours

  5. Serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream on top!
