Recipe Ingredients for Sprouts & Red Pepper stir fry

2 ounces zucchini
1/4 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1/2 carrot
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Sprouts & Red Pepper stir fry

  1. slice veggetables in attractive shapes

  2. brown in very hot pan with olive oil beginning with carrots, and onion (if you added it) and add others in order of longest cooking time. Nothing here will take more than 60 seconds, so be ready to remove it from heat immediately.

  3. add spicy chinese or Thai sauce, cover and remove from heat.
