Yummy with almond butter for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Sprouted Raisin Bread

2 cups wheat berries(sprouted)
6 dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup water
3 tbsp flax seed (ground)

Recipe Directions for Sprouted Raisin Bread

  1. sprout 2 cups of wheat berries

  2. combine wheat berries and flax, dates, salt and water in food processor and mix until thick paste forms. The paste does not have to be smooth. Add more water if necessary.

  3. Add raisins and pulse until well blended

  4. Spread on dehydrator sheets or parchment with flat spatula until about 1/8" thick

  5. dehydrate for four hours and flip over onto dehydrator grid or netted sheet

  6. Peel off the silicon sheet

  7. gently slice with knife into sections and dehydrate for 4 more hours
