Protein Packed raw vegetable salad with a sweet, yet tangy dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Sprouted Quinoa Salad

1/2 cup dry Accents Sprouted Quinoa Trio
1 Cucumber
1 large raw Zucchini
55 grams Onion Red
2 medium raw Carrots
2 medium stalk, raw Celery
0.17 tbsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Organic Stone Ground Mustard
0.33 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
5 olives Kalamata Olives
4 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Sprouted Quinoa Salad

  1. Mix marinade ingredients.

  2. Add in diced vegetables.

  3. Marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.

  4. Add in quinoa, herbs, and kalamata olives (optional).
