Recipe Ingredients for Sprouted Quinoa Cocoa Puffs

1 cup Quinoa Organic
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tbsp raw honey

Recipe Directions for Sprouted Quinoa Cocoa Puffs

  1. Sprout quinoa for a day or so.

  2. Dehydrate just the quinoa till dry.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the now dry quinoa, cocoa powder, and honey.

  4. Put this mix onto a teflex sheets, and dehydrate till dry

  5. Section this out into 4 servings and serve with your favorite raw milk.
