Recipe Ingredients for Sprouted Mung bean dosa batter

6 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
2 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain
6 tsp Ginger Root
3 oz Peppers
3 tbsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp Salt, Table
12 serving Kirkland Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Recipe Directions for Sprouted Mung bean dosa batter

  1. Soak the rice in 3 cups of water for 2 hrs and drain. Grind rice, sprouts and all other ingredients into a smooth batter.

  2. Take 1/4 cup of batter and make a 6" inch diameter pancake in a hot skillet. Cook for few min like pancakes on both sides and serve.
