1/2 tomato,sliced
1/2 onion,diced
1/2 cup peas,raw
1/4 cucumber,sliced
2 pepper
1 ml lime juice
5 mg garlic
5 mg ginger

  1. Soak lentils overnigh till they have sprouted

  2. Dice all the other ingredients

  3. Add Lime and Salt to taste
