3 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
2 tray Rice Express Sprouted Brown Rice
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
12 grams Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Sprouted black beans & rice

saute onion & garlic, add pepper, when soft add 3 cups of sprouted black beans, and 2 cups of sprouted black rice. cover cook over low heat 45min.
