Used TruRoots mixed sprouted beans from Costco. Very good over brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Sprouted Beans

1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Spinach
2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tbls Dulse Flakes

Recipe Directions for Sprouted Beans

Put 1 part sprouted beans and 3 parts water on medium heat. Add all other ingredients (I used 1 tsp kelp powder instead of dulce). Simmer 5 minutes covered. Let stand 10 minutes covered.
