SPROUT BEANS + CHANA SALAD RECIEPE

Recipe Ingredients for SPROUT BEANS + CHANA SALAD RECIEPE

150 gram boiled chick peas
150 gram Mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup orange
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup lettuce, torn
1/2 cup tomato, sliced
1 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for SPROUT BEANS + CHANA SALAD RECIEPE

  1. cook the sprouts with salt and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan as it comes to boil turn off the heat.

  2. Cover the pan for about three to four minutes, drain any liquid.

  3. Let the sprouts cool to room temperature

  4. Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and chill.

  5. Just before serving, add salt and pepper and mix well.
