This salad can be a side dish and a few of the ingredients can be substituted with regular mayonnaise and sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Springtyme Broccoli Salad

6 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 cup craisins
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 large red onion, diced
1 1/2 tbsp splenda
4 strips bacon , cooked

Recipe Directions for Springtyme Broccoli Salad

  1. Combine broccoli, onions, craisins, celery, and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar and splenda together.

  3. Then combine mayonnaise mixture together with broccoli mixture.

  4. Mix well then refrigerate for about 2 hours.
