Recipe Ingredients for Springtime Pasta Toss - Beef Sirloin

453 1/2 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
2 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
2 serving Mushrooms
2 oz Fat Free Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
225 g Rotini Pasta

Recipe Directions for Springtime Pasta Toss - Beef Sirloin

  1. Cook enough Pasta for 4 (225 g or about 1/4 of 900 g pkg. ) and reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid when you drain the noodles.

  2. COOK meat in 1 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet 5 min. or until meat is browned on both sides.

  3. STIR in vegetables and 1/4 cup Kraft Dressing. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min. or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. TOSS with cooked pasta and reserved cooking liquid. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Kraft Cheese.
