Recipe Ingredients for Spring Turkey Burgers

1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound ground turkey
4 Whole Grain Buns
3 cups green beans
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon scallions

Recipe Directions for Spring Turkey Burgers

Combine first 6 ingredients. Portion into 4 burgers. Bake 5 minutes on one side, flip and 5 minutes on the other. Reach 165. Meanwhile package the buns in a baggie. Then whisk the mayo through the scallions. Portion the special sauce. Package with the vegetable on the side.
