A delightful spring vegetable medley

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Stir Fry

2 cups noodles
1 cup peas
1 1/2 cups zucchini
2 cups cabbage
4 tbsp sesame oil
1/8 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Spring Stir Fry

  1. Boil noodles until just slightly soft. Remove from water and drain.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a wok over med. to med-high heat, stirring regularly.

  3. Remove from heat after 5-10 minutes and serve!
