A Tasty filling pasta dish perfect hot or cold

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Salmon pasta

250 g salmon
120 g pasta
8 spring onions, chopped
10 mushrooms,chopped
1 tbsp creme fraiche
500 ml water
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Spring Salmon pasta

  1. Wrap the salmon in tin foil and bake in the oven at 190 C for 15-20mins.

  2. Meanwhile put the pasta and a pinch of salt into a pan,cover with boiling water and simmer for 25-20mins until tender.

  3. Add 2 tbsp of water to a pan and sweat the muthsrooms and onions for 5mins (use oil or non stick spray if they stick to the pan).

  4. Drain the pasta and stir into the vegetables,adding the creme fraiche and a lgood amount of freshy ground pepper,stir and heat gently for 2-3mins

  5. Remove the salmon from the oven,remove any skin and flake into small peices.

  6. Stir the salmon innto the pasta and serve.
