Great quick lunch or side salad with dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Salad

1 1/2 cups lettuce, Dole Field Greens
2 mushrooms, baby bellas, quartered
2 tomatoes, cherry, halved
3 tomatoes, yellow grape, halved
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper, chunked
2 tbsp orange bell pepper, chunked
2 tbsp red bell pepper, chunked
4 black olives, halved
2 tbsp peas, edible podded, halved (sugar snap)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Spring Salad

  1. Top lettuce with vegetables as listed.

  2. Mix lemon, oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Top salad.

  4. Enjoy!
