This is a version of spring rolls with more common fresh veggies available in Europe.

Recipe Ingredients for Spring rolls

4 oz oz
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
4 oz Prosciutto di Parma
1 medium Carrots
1 medium raw Leeks
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spring rolls

Grate the carrot & chop the leeks and cabbages. Toss a few times in a hot wok with a spoon of olive oil & spices. Wrap in dough sheet and steam it.
