A very tasty appetizer that is also fun to make!

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Rolls

1 spring roll wrapper
1/8 cup rice noodles
1/2 tsp cilantro
1 tbsp carrots
1/4 cup lettuce
1/2 tsp peanuts
1/2 tsp green onion
1 tsp red bell pepper
1 tbsp cucumber

Recipe Directions for Spring Rolls

  1. Prepare all ingredients in advance.

  2. Shred lettuce and carrots.

  3. Slice bell pepper into thin strips.

  4. Roast and chop peanuts.

  5. Chop cilantro and green onions.

  6. Soak rice vermicelli.

  7. Saute shrimp and set aside.

  8. Soak rice wrappers, assemble ingredients into them, and roll like a burrito.
