10 spring roll wrappers instead of 3

Recipe Ingredients for Spring rolls

10 shrimp
1 large carrot
2 c bean sprouts
1 c jicama
1 c water
3 spring roll wrapper
1/3 c cilantro or mint

Recipe Directions for Spring rolls

  1. boil shrimp until opaque. Rinse in cold water and slice in 1/2.

  2. sliver cut carrot and jicama

  3. soak spring roll wrappers one at a time in warm water with 1T sugar dissolved.

  4. put a bit of carrot, bean sprouts, jicama and shrimp halves in the center and fold in edges like a burrito.
