Vegetarian Egg Rolls cooked in a Spin Fryer

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Rolls

9 cups 3-Color Deli Cole Slaw
9 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw
1 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 serving Wok Oil
2 serving Teriyaki Garlic and Green Onion Sauce
12 wrappers Egg Roll

Recipe Directions for Spring Rolls

  1. Cut scallions, and mushrooms.

  2. Heat pan and add wok oil.

  3. Add all ingrediants except egg roll wrapper and canola oil. sautee until cole slaw and broccoli slaw are wilted.

  4. Remove veggie mix from pan and allw to drain.

  5. Separate a wrapper. brush each edge with cold water.

  6. Add fillinf to the middle and fold according to the directions
